Job Summary
The TechnoServe Fellows Program invites qualified candidates to engage in field-based projects lasting from 3 to 12 months, focusing on working with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and TechnoServe clients. Responsibilities include assessing market opportunities, crafting business strategies, enhancing organizational capacity, evaluating program impact, and designing innovative projects. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have relevant work experience. Fluency in French and/or Portuguese is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed undergraduate studies at an accredited four-year program.
- At least two to three years of professional, full-time work experience.
- Availability to volunteer for a minimum of ten weeks.
