Job Summary
Associate in a technology transactions practice focusing on licensing and commercial partnering transactions for life sciences and technology companies. Represent biotechs and big pharmas in patent licensing and collaboration arrangements, and negotiate standalone commercial transactions that advance novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials toward regulatory approval. Collaborate with founders and contribute to both life sciences and broader tech company initiatives. Requires superior academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and WA Bar admission or eligibility to waive in. Base compensation ranges from $365,000 to $445,000, with potential performance-based bonuses; benefits information available on request.

- Bar admission in WA or eligibility to waive in or take next WA Bar exam

- 5-8 years of licensing and commercial partnering transactions experience
- experience representing biotechs and big pharmas in patent licensing and collaborations
- experience advancing therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials toward regulatory approval (FDA)

- superior academic credentials
- excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
