Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years licensing and commercial partnering transactions experience in life sciences technology transactions
- Experience representing biotechs and big pharma licensing patents and collaboration toward regulatory approval
- Experience negotiating complex standalone commercial transactions that transform technologies and participants
- Ability to contribute to life sciences and broader tech companies
- Superior academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- WA Bar admission or eligibility to waive in or take next available WA Bar exam
