Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of licensing and commercial partnering transactions experience in life sciences technology transactions
- experience representing biotechs and big pharma licensing patents and collaborations toward regulatory approval (FDA)
- experience negotiating complex standalone commercial transactions that transform technologies and participants
- ability to work with founders developing cutting edge technologies
- superior academic credentials
