Job Summary
Technology Transactions Associate focused on life sciences IP, licensing and commercial partnering transactions. Requires 5–8 years’ licensing experience representing biotechs and big pharma, negotiating complex standalone commercial transactions that advance therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and digital health technologies through clinical trials toward regulatory approval, and collaboration with founders. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential; WA Bar admission or waiver eligibility is required. Compensation offered in the $365k–$445k range with potential discretionary bonuses and benefits.
