Job Summary
Draft and negotiate technology transactions across software licenses, development agreements, and e-commerce deals. Conduct IP due diligence and assist on M&A and equity financing matters. Leverage strong intellectual property knowledge and drafting experience to support complex public and private transactions for global clients. Full-time permanent role in New York with a salary range of $235,000 – $365,000. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
Required Qualifications
- 2nd to 5th year Technology Transactions associate
- big law or relevant in-house counsel experience
- strong knowledge of intellectual property law
- demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience across a wide variety of technology transactions
- Experience assisting on M&A and equity financing transactions
- conducting IP due diligence
- Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar
Desired Qualifications
- Experience assisting on M&A and equity financing transactions, including drafting transaction agreements, and conducting IP due diligence, is a plus
