Technology Training & Support Specialist

Job Summary
Lead and design structured training programs for advisors and staff across the NEA Tech Stack, with a focus on driving adoption and building lasting proficiency. Deliver demonstrations, webinars, and onboarding sessions; create training curricula and job aids; develop content such as training videos and slick sheets; gather participant feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes. Stay current on emerging AI tools and trends relevant to wealth management, evaluate AI-powered tools for potential implementation, and partner with the Technology Solutions team to develop advisor-facing content and workflows. Serve as the lead for initiatives from inception to implementation, manage projects, and track milestones, challenges, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of securities industry experience within organizations providing investment advisory services
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business-related field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Fidelity, Raymond James, Schwab, Goldman Sachs and/or LPL Clearing preferred
- Skill in operating databases/software programs (Microsoft Office, Orion, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Expertise in Wealthbox CRM and integrations
- Proven training experience with a trainer’s mindset (curricula design, group/individual sessions, learner-level adaptation, measuring effectiveness)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in wealth management/FINTECH context, and forward-looking mindset on AI solutions
- Project management skills: strategic planning, communication, risk mitigation, leadership
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or 65/66 are a plus
