Job Summary
Handle machine breakdowns, quality issues, and daily operations; assess risks to prevent downtime and address bottlenecks to improve flow efficiency. Control overhead and IME budgets while receiving and implementing tasks from local or global prepress teams. Deploy product and FOD development, upgrading systems to minimize manual work and integrate IoT and MES technologies. Streamline documents and processes, build training programs, and promote Kaizen activities based on actionable research. Monitor production indexes for UEE, scrap, and UPLH, ensuring data accuracy and providing real-time anomaly alerts.
Required Qualifications
- College/University about of relevant major
- 2-4 years previous experience
- Familiar with KPIs of maintenance expertise: MTTR, MTBF, AM, PM, etc.
- Certifications in specialty area
- Good mechanical/technical skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner
- Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness
