Job Summary
Manage new product and SKU development projects while tracking sample production and first-order deployment. Coordinate with Prepress, Sample Development, and Planning departments to define manufacturing standards and resolve technical issues across design and production phases. Clear bottlenecks to confirm new samples meet requirements for mass production. Provide technical support to other departments and train new operators or machine staff. Lead process or product improvement initiatives. Requires 1–2 years in equivalent roles with knowledge of manufacturing, process control, and sample development. Required Qualifications
