Job Summary
Hybrid Edinburgh-based contract role for a Technology Talent Sourcer who will proactively source high-quality technical talent across Software Engineering, Data, Product and related tech disciplines; build and manage talent pipelines via market mapping, outreach and networking; partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align priorities; deliver a positive candidate experience from initial engagement through process management; and support inclusive hiring by developing diverse talent pools and promoting Capco across relevant talent communities and digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience within technical sourcing or technical recruitment, either in-house or agency-side
- Proven success sourcing technical talent across areas such as Software Engineering, Data and Product or UX/UI
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent direct sourcing and candidate engagement capability in competitive markets
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple hiring streams and priorities
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
