Job Summary
Provides direct technical support to AEA clients and staff for software, hardware and equipment; supports technology technician staff and delivers enhanced technology services and leadership. Requires proficiency with agency and client technologies, and a two-year computer technician degree with four years of experience (or six years of experience in technology support). Must have a current valid driver’s license. Entry wage range starts at $24.15/hour to $27.15/hour, with health, dental and vision insurance for single coverage.
