Job Summary
Manage Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Google Workspace infrastructure while overseeing identity lifecycles, SSO, and Conditional Access policies. Oversee endpoint deployment, mobile device management, and application policy administration across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Administer Google Workspace services, enforce security baselines, and maintain domain routing protocols. Maintain and troubleshoot fundamental network services including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs. Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation support for complex technical issues and create comprehensive documentation for system architectures. Monitor network health, firewall rules, and perimeter security while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize system failure impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or three years of experience
- Applicable industry certifications
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT operations, or a similar technical role
- Direct experience managing directory objects, groups, SSO integrations, and Conditional Access policies
- Proven experience deploying and maintaining MDM profiles, OS patch management, and application deployments
- Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace OUs, core services, security settings, and user provisioning
- Solid foundational understanding of network architecture, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, and VPN configurations
- Basic proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Google Apps Script/GAM)
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills for complex endpoint, identity, and connectivity issues
- Maintain confidentiality
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, and practices
- Must be present regularly in person
- Reach, bend, stoop, crawl, climb, and lift more than fifty (50) pounds
- Stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to move quickly about campus on even or uneven surfaces
