Job Summary
Technology Support Technician for the Sanford School Department (Sanford Middle School) providing face-of-helpdesk support for students and staff, device provisioning and imaging, hardware/software troubleshooting, minor repairs, and basic network support; responsibilities include managing Chromebooks, laptops, iPads, desktops, documenting ticket logs, and assisting with classroom tech needs. Ideal candidates have experience in technical support/helpdesk, familiarity with ChromeOS/Windows/macOS/iOS, strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs; must pass CHRC fingerprinting.
