Technology Support Sr Assoc

Technology Support Sr Assoc within the Equities Prime Financial Services Production Management team. Responsible for maintaining operational stability, availability, and performance of applications across Futures & Derivatives Clearing, including supporting product flows across Futures & Options, Credit, Rates, and FX from Exchange connectivity to client statements and reports. Collaborates across Technology, Business, and Operations to resolve issues, drive improvements, and automate tasks to reduce manual work. Communicates with stakeholders and builds strong relationships with business and infrastructure support teams to enhance service delivery. Strong emphasis on continuous improvement, proactive problem solving, and ability to adapt to changing requirements. Required: Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field or equivalent experience; proven technical support or applications support experience; strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work under pressure; proactive, independent, and capable of leading project initiatives. Preferred: Unix, SQL, Scripting, Python; cloud-based solutions; experience with AI for automating tasks; monitoring tools such as Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk; familiarity with financial markets and trading systems.
