Job Summary

Provide technical support for endpoint computing devices, audiovisual technologies, and networking systems by managing helpdesk requests via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Deploy and maintain software tools, install desktop operating systems, and troubleshoot connectivity issues while maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and resolutions. Create technical documentation, manage hardware inventory, and ensure compliance with security policies. Support TMA-sponsored conferences and meetings with operational equipment. Requires a college degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and 6 to 12 months of relevant experience.

  • ability to deal effectively with other TMA employees

  • able to handle multiple tasks
