Job Summary
0.48 FTE Technology Support Specialist at Nahant Public Schools, Johnson Elementary School. This role blends field and office responsibilities to maintain devices (Chromebooks and iPads), provide Tier 2 technical support to staff and students, assist with software and systems (Google Workspace for Education, SchoolBrains, Clever, JAMF School, Apple School Manager, Freshdesk), support for MCAS/ACCESS testing, device repair/setup, and documentation. Regular collaboration with the principal and potential assignment of additional duties by the principal/superintendent. Emphasis on end-user experiences, customer service, collaboration, and clear communication within a K-6 environment.
