Technology Support Specialist I in a one-year, full-time role responsible for installing, upgrading and configuring workstations within the District; resolving software and hardware problems; developing user job aids and online resources; setting passwords and security levels; providing training and in-service on computer use and software; and supporting district network and server operations as described in the Essential Functions. The role involves interacting with district personnel, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient use of technology resources through clear instructions and problem solving.
