Job Summary
Technology Support Senior Specialist in Payments Technology delivering first-line support to internal customers, troubleshooting hardware and software, coordinating resources to ensure high-quality service, and performing BAU tasks. Responsibilities include problem-solving using diagnostic tools, incident/service request management, maintaining runbooks for issue resolution, documenting outcomes, and supporting cost management within the team. Strong written and verbal English/Korean communication, collaboration across teams, and a solid foundation in IT fundamentals and MS Office/Excel are required.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate issued by the Korean Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs (국가보훈처 취업지원대상자)
- Baseline knowledge of operational management and excellence
- Proven ability to balance tasks while documenting outcomes
- Good team player with a sense of integrity and ownership, able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Good written skill in English and strong communication/written skill in Korean
