Job Summary
Technology Support Lead responsible for leading teams delivering end-to-end application/infrastructure service delivery, ensuring operational stability, and driving incident/change management. Role emphasizes monitoring production environments, root cause analysis, data quality and pipelines, collaboration with traders/analysts to optimize data feeds, and supporting on-call coverage on a rotational basis. Requires strong experience with UNIX/Linux, SQL, ITIL practices, observability, and development skills in Python/Java/.NET, plus familiarity with large-scale data processing and cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and in the cloud
- Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with Control-M and Autosys Scheduler
- Experience developing and supporting applications built on Python, Java, or .NET
- Experience with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
