Job Summary
Technology Support III in Payments Technology within Corporate and Investment Banking ensures operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows; supports day-to-day maintenance; monitors production environments for anomalies; escalates and resolves incidents; analyzes trends for incident/problem/change management; maintains application security and regulatory compliance; trains end-users as needed; collaborates with stakeholders on Thailand RTP matters. The role combines on-premises and cloud experience, strong troubleshooting skills, ITIL familiarity, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with weekend support once a month.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools
- Exposure to ITIL processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend support required up to once a month
