Job Summary
Technology Support III in Merchant Services responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting production application flows, monitoring production environments for anomalies, assisting in incident and change management, and improving operational stability and availability through escalations and communication with business and technology stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Proficiency and hands-on expertise with systems such as Stratus and/or Tandem is required
- Proficiency with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with batch scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, Control-M).
- Hands-on experience in monitoring tools (e.g., Geneos, Netcool) and log analytics tools (e.g., Splunk, OpenSearch) is required.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL or Oracle (or comparable RDBMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
