Job Summary

Technology Support III to ensure operational stability and performance of production application flows. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and resolving production service interruptions for internally and externally developed systems, with a focus on end-to-end service delivery, monitoring, and escalation to stakeholders. Requires experience with on-premises and public cloud environments, familiarity with observability/monitoring tools, and ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management processes. Demonstrates ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate issues, and support full stack technology systems and infrastructure through proactive communication and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
  • Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
  • Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
