Job Summary
Technology Support III – ITIL Framework role within Corporate Investment Bank focusing on ensuring operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows. Responsibilities include end-to-end service delivery, day-to-day maintenance for operational stability, monitoring production environments, escalation and resolution of issues, incident/problem/change management, collaboration across Payment Technology Development/Operations/business teams, coordinating incidents to resolution within SLA/SLO, workload distribution to meet service levels, and documenting knowledge for internal communities. Key skills include ITIL-aligned processes, SQL and relational databases, Unix/Linux and shell scripting, observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana), and experience with public cloud and on-prem environments in a large-scale tech setting. Preference for experience with automation scripting and banking/finance domain.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 3+ years applied experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Exposure to ITIL framework processes
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization principles
