Job Summary

Technology Support III Engineer in FRAME (Corporate Technology – CDAS – DCE) ensuring operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows; troubleshoot and resolve production service interruptions; monitor FRAME's microservices, Databricks integrations, and AWS infrastructure; collaborate with modelers, data scientists, and stakeholders; apply ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management; implement automated workflows for model execution, governance processes, and data pipelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
  • Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
  • Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
