Job Summary
Technology Support II role in Corporate Investment Bank focused on ensuring production application flow stability and availability. Responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting production application flows, improving operational stability, monitoring production environments with observability tools, escalating and communicating issues to business and technology stakeholders, managing incidents and changes, identifying trends, and contributing to self-service tooling through agentic solutions. Requires 2+ years of IT troubleshooting/resolution experience, knowledge of large-scale on‐premises or cloud environments, familiarity with ITIL, experience with observability tools, and strong written communication and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on premises or public cloud
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Strong written communication skills along with capabilities to write technical documentation for simple use
- Strong partnership skills with understand of escalation management across partner relationships
