Job Summary
Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, desktop systems, and related hardware and software by installing, configuring, and resolving issues across servers, workstations, and network components. Manage passwords, ensure data integrity and file system security, and provide technical assistance to users via in-person, phone, or remote channels. Identify and address software or hardware-related problems through effective communication, including site visits for on-site troubleshooting, installations, or upgrades. Full-time position with opportunities for growth within UPS, a Fortune Global 500 organization.
Required Qualifications
- technical knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- familiarity with various software and networking tools
- preferred technical certifications such as A+, Network, or MCP
