Job Summary
Resolve incidents across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement RFCs and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end cognitive PaaS applications, integrating AI/ML models and deploying cloud-native back-end services (Node.js, Python, Java). Build AI-driven microservices, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation, manage databases and observability, and ensure security (OAuth2/JWT/RBAC) across multi-tenant systems. Provide technical guidance to teams, integrate AI tools within cloud infrastructure, and support DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes). Requirements include strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), front-end and back-end development, NLP/LLM integration, and relevant certifications (e.g., CKA, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect). Based in Bengaluru office with minimum 3 years Azure IaaS experience. Accenture context included.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
