Job Summary
Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. Create and implement RFCs and maintain knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and service management teams for issue analysis and resolution. Design and operate highly available, scalable production systems, focusing on reliability, observability, automation, and performance engineering. Develop CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure management with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure DevOps, Pulumi), and apply post-incident analysis (RCA, postmortems) to drive improvements. Leverage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, CloudWatch) to meet SLOs/SLIs, implement multi-region resilience, and support safe feature rollouts with automated testing and rollback capabilities. Collaborate with product, design, ML, and DevOps teams to build intelligent workflows and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or JavaScript for automation and tooling
- Hands-on with cloud environments AWS, Azure, GCP
- Kubernetes and Terraform
- Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, New Relic)
- CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Security, compliance and performance optimization for highly available systems
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
