Job Summary
Technology Support Associate responsible for assisting with the rollout of new tools, system updates, and integrations; providing basic user support and ticketing; CRM and systems support (Salesforce or similar); onboarding and access management; data and operations support; cross-functional coordination; and maintaining documentation and SOPs. Collaborates with the Technology Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrators, and Operations Analyst. Entry-level role focused on practical, on-the-job exposure to business systems, CRM tools, and operational workflows. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma or equivalent, interest in technology and automation, and foundational skills in Excel and communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/certifications (college coursework or degree is a plus, but not required)
- Interest in automation, AI tools, and improving workflows
- Strong interest in technology, systems, or operations
- Basic familiarity with tools like Excel or similar
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken & written). Spanish is a plus
