Technology Support Assistant - Scales Technology Academy

Maintain physical condition of computers and accessories by running updates and performing minor repairs on student and staff devices. Submit tickets for necessary repairs, follow up on requests, and maintain accurate inventory of technology devices. Provide technical assistance to staff and students, assist in preparing devices for state and local assessments, and communicate repair status to the IT Department. Work 192 days per year in an indoor setting with potential exposure to infectious diseases. Report to the IT Department as needed and participate in professional development.
