Job Summary
Technology Support Analyst for Transmission Support provides 24/7 technical assistance for transaction initiation and reporting, owning client and partner inquiries end to end, documenting and following up, troubleshooting connectivity, security, and file transmission issues, and translating complex topics for sensitive client communications. Responsibilities include owning and resolving inquiries via phone/email, documenting and following up, advocating for clients, escalating issues per procedures, troubleshooting processing failures and platform changes, conducting proactive outreach, monitoring and routing inquiries, partnering with leadership and teams to meet goals, supporting development of policies and training materials, pursuing independent product knowledge growth, and ensuring client satisfaction with JP Morgan Chase products and services. Requires fluent English and Mandarin, strong communication, minimum 5 years of customer service and 2 years of technical support, risk/control adherence, and willingness to work off-hours remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English; business-level Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience
- Minimum 2 years Technical Support experience
- Self-motivated, self-managing; sound judgment and effective decision-making
- Strong analytical approach and complex problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle concurrent tasks; aware of multiple work streams
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays
- Build strong partner/technology relationships; simplify complex technical info; handle sensitive communications; adhere to procedures and controls to manage operational risk
- Preferable knowledge of text-based file formats and experience with Wholesale Payments processes
