Job Summary
Technology Support Analyst at Skadden Los Angeles on-site; provides local tech support for software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile and remote services, audio visual, telephone and security systems; handles tickets, logs calls, supports Citrix-based applications, assembles and repairs hardware, assists with remote site access, maintains inventory and data rooms, ensures firm security practices, and delivers high-level customer service. On-site presence required; visa sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of related work experience, including two years of specialized technical training or equivalent
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and macOS environments, NetDocuments, iOS and Android mobile devices
- Knowledge of security practices and building security systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to travel freely as required
