Job Summary
Technology Strategy, Vice President for Global Real Estate Digital Platforms & Data — lead and execute technology and data strategies for GRE, overseeing technology platforms supporting portfolio management, property management, design & construction, and regional/site services. Collaborate with internal/external product teams, system administrators, and data analysts; drive data governance initiatives and deliver technology programs with clear outcomes and timelines; influence architecture and vendor solutions through collaboration and proof of concept work; prepare executive updates on portfolio health, risks, and project status.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology implementation, project/program management, or change management roles.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Proven project management experience, including managing multiple projects/workstreams and balancing competing priorities.
- Highly analytical, with experience in collecting and synthesizing operational metrics and data.
- Experience managing project teams and motivating team members to execute work plans.
- Advanced client management skills, with the ability to partner with senior and line managers and maintain a point of view in the face of resistance.
- Superior written and oral communication skills, able to convey business and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Flexible work style and ability to develop and maintain partnerships across all levels of the organization.
