Job Summary
Strategy Associate in Technology Solutions Strategy & Planning to develop 3-5 year technology and capability roadmaps across US and Bermuda insurance businesses. The role involves coordinating sessions with business, technology, and other stakeholders; gathering and analyzing data on internal systems, capabilities, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities; translating business priorities into technology and capability needs; summarizing outcomes for stakeholders; translating due-diligence findings into structured project plans; developing business cases/CBAs and executive-ready presentations; and maintaining multi-year roadmaps with cross-functional dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5+ years in management consulting or strategy
- Insurance (carrier, broker, or advisory) experience
- Technology strategy, operations, or transformation
- Experience working across business and technology teams
- Strong Communication & Storytelling
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, structured narratives
- Experience developing executive-level presentations
- Project Management & Organization
- Analytical & Financial Acumen
- Familiarity with business cases, ROI, and financial modeling
- Research & Structured Thinking
- Insurance Knowledge (preferred)
