Job Summary
Technology Sr. Manager for Finance ERP (P2P) owning the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Finance Procure-to-Pay processes. Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT to translate business needs into scalable, compliant finance applications; lead design, implementation, and transformation of core P2P processes and systems (e.g., SAP S/4, e-Invoicing, OpenText VIM, Kyriba, Concur Time & Expense); drive enhancements, integrations, and process improvements with a focus on quality, scalability, and TSA/Day 1 objectives; act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external vendors; promote standard processes and data governance across global finance, commercial, and supply chain; ensure application performance, risk controls, and regulatory compliance; provide thought leadership on emerging finance technologies, analytics, and automation; travel up to 10–20% domestically with possible limited international travel.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT and finance P2P with increasing leadership responsibility
- Proven experience as a product owner or lead for finance and/or procure-to-pay applications
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes including invoice management, payment processing, and T&E
- Experience partnering with global business stakeholders and translating business needs into technology solutions
- Ability to manage complex initiatives across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Solid knowledge of application controls, data governance, and compliance requirements
- Preferred SAP ERP and finance procurement platform experience including SAP S/4, OpenText VIM, Kyriba, Concur
