Job Summary
Lead enterprise-scale change management and communications for Commercial IT programs across DePuy Synthes; design and execute integrated change and communications plans, perform stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments, and drive adoption with measurable engagement and business value. Partner with IT and business leaders to align change activities with strategic objectives, develop executive‐level communications, identify resistance points and implement mitigation, mentor change management resources, and establish standardized, scalable practices aligned with governance. Requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience applying structured methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR); preferred background in healthcare/life sciences and global/matrixed environments. Travel up to 10–20%; English required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8–10 years of progressive change management, communications, or transformation leadership experience
- Experience leading change for large, complex technology or digital initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross‐functional teams
- Proven ability to develop and execute clear, compelling communication strategies for diverse audiences
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
- Prior people leadership or indirect team leadership experience
- Travel: Up to 10–20% (Domestic with some international)
- Change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred
