Job Summary
Technology Sr. Manager FP&A and Reporting leads end-to-end FP&A and reporting technology solutions for DePuy Synthes, translating business strategy into scalable finance technology roadmaps and ensuring enterprise platforms deliver measurable value, strong controls, and seamless integration across budget planning and reporting. Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to translate needs into clear product requirements for forecasting, budgeting, and actuals planning and reporting. Drives delivery and continuous improvement of FP&A applications, ensures solutions meet financial controls and data governance, oversees vendor relationships, mentors product owners and cross-functional delivery teams, and champions adoption and change management to maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT, finance FP&A systems with increasing leadership responsibility
- Experience serving as a product owner or technology lead for FP&A applications
- Strong understanding of FP&A, cost management, forecasting, commercial and supply chain finance processes
- Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions in a regulated, global environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Preferred familiarity with FP&A planning platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle, SAP SAC, and related tools
- Background in planning medical technology, manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments
- Experience driving digital transformation or modernization of FP&A finance platforms
- Familiarity with agile or product-centric delivery models
