Job Summary
Senior Information Security / GRC professional capable of guiding security governance, risk assessment, and security metrics. Responsibilities include managing or supporting BISO/TISO or federated security engagement models, developing and overseeing security awareness and phishing simulation programs, and communicating complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role is embedded in Broadridge’s hybrid and virtual delivery environment with emphasis on collaboration, integrity, and inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or GRC roles
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting BISO/TISO or federated security engagement models
- Strong understanding of security governance, risk assessment methodologies, and security metrics
- Experience developing and managing security awareness and phishing simulation programs
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
