Job Summary

As a Technology Solutions Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and growing existing accounts within the construction industry. This role involves developing strategic customer relationships with electrical contractors, building owners, and consulting engineers. You will promote EnvelopiQ solutions, create estimate proposals, and maintain customer records in Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 2+ years of relevant sales experience, and skills in building networks, communicating technical concepts, and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent training and experience in a similar field.
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Experience building a network of business relationships.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in automation and controls systems of HVAC systems, life safety systems, audio/visual systems, or professional sound and lighting systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated competency in creating presentations.
