Job Summary

Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify, evaluate, and support the delivery of artificial intelligence, analytics, and automation solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process workflows, and functional specifications while translating challenges into clearly defined AI use cases and success criteria. Partner with data engineers, developers, and vendors to support solution design, participate in proof-of-concepts, and assist in monitoring model performance and business outcomes. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure effective adoption, support user training and change management, and define key performance indicators for AI initiatives. Monitor post-implementation outcomes to identify optimization opportunities and stay informed on emerging technologies to recommend improvements. This role operates in a clerical office setting requiring mobility, regular communication, and the ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime and shift flexibility as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts (e.g., ML, natural language processing, large language models, predictive analytics)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Power Platform, Azure AI, or comparable technologies
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Exposure to process automation or intelligent workflow solutions
  • Experience working in complex or regulated environments
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical and responsible use of AI technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, analytics, or technology consulting
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly manner
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night or weekend shifts, as needed
