Technology Services Lead

Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day team activities within EET APS, providing leadership, delegating work, supervising processes, and guiding sub-teams across technology silos. Manages on-call and support schedules, serves as a leadership point of contact for triage of high-priority incidents or engagements, and drives near-term ITIL-ServiceNow and Tech Ops program goals along with long-term OpEx, Process, and Risk Management. Requires strong communication with senior management and LOB partners, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to establish alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes for new projects and initiatives. Also performs access reviews and compliance activities, and fulfills responsibilities of Specialist I/II roles as applicable; contribution includes resource interviews, onboarding, and cross-team collaboration.
