Job Summary
Technology Services Administrator in Chicago to support IT systems and maintain data/telephone infrastructure for the office. Responsibilities include providing end-user IT support, creating and tracking service tickets, taking ownership of escalated issues, enabling meeting support (video conferences, webinars, presentations), maintaining AD security and distribution groups, adhering to information security policies, assisting IT projects, and operating in a 24x7 on-call environment. Requires experience with Windows 11, Office 365, NetDocuments, Active Directory, hardware maintenance, printer/copier configuration, MDM and mobile services, Zoom and Teams, and basic networking knowledge. Travel up to 10% for inter-office support. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; minimum 3 years in a Microsoft environment highly regarded. The role is based in the Chicago office and requires on-site presence Monday through Friday. Located in Illinois, US.
