Job Summary
Facilitate Scrum events, maintain backlog refinement, and optimize team flow by removing impediments and shielding the squad from interruptions. Mitigate risks by escalating issues to stakeholders and ensure data quality for governance reporting. Coach Agile team attributes, drive continuous improvement, and build trust with business stakeholders, vendors, and product teams. Advise on decision-making, lead complex assignments, and develop others while aligning with enterprise objectives. Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources to solve problems creatively and communicate sensitive information effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in application support
- Good knowledge of SQL, databases, and data analysis for troubleshooting and root cause identification
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments
- Understanding of Network technologies
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Geneos, AppDynamics, Observe, or similar solutions
- Experience supporting business-critical applications and working directly with business stakeholders
- Understanding of messaging technologies such as IBM MQ and related integration tools
- Experience with batch monitoring and scheduling tools like TWS and AutoSys
- Knowledge of certificates and secure communication protocols such as SSL, SSH, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience delivering process simplification, automation, and efficiency gains
- Ability to Drive Agile Mindset & Team Culture
- Understanding of Payments, Core banking, Liquidity / Corporate Banking Domain
- Experience working on programs with blockchain or distributed ledger technology
- Ability to Work Across Multi‐disciplinary, Distributed POD Structures
