Job Summary
Lead IT regulatory compliance assessment and remediation for APAC; drive regulatory assessment of new or updated IT regulations, draft and monitor action plans, and obtain senior leadership approval; facilitate the annual IT Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA); coordinate monthly TRC Zone & Country Forums; track and manage IT/cyber risk issues across APAC; collaborate with IT and global TRC teams to ensure controls and governance requirements are met; demonstrate strong risk-management, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities across cyber and technology risk domains; role emphasizes in-office collaboration in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- experience within cyber and technology risk, control, and governance disciplines
- strong problem-solving and risk skills
- ability to oversee multiple processes, action plans and key stakeholders simultaneously
- effective leadership, written and oral communication skills
- ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
- active listening and collaboration skills
