Job Summary
Lead the Technology Risk & Controls program within JPMorgan Chase's Corporate - AI/ML Data Platform domain. Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk; provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to technology-aligned process owners; ensure implemented controls operate effectively and remain compliant with regulatory, legal, and industry standards. Drive governance and reporting of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements; monitor control effectiveness; collaborate with Application Owners, Product Owners, and Control Managers; contribute to an enterprise-wide view of technology risk posture and its business impact; apply advanced risk management principles to drive innovative solutions and manage a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cyber/information security, or related field
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and technology regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in cloud security, data security, risk assessment and reporting, controls evaluation, design, execution and governance
- Knowledge of AIML technologies, model lifecycle, and risks (data quality, model drift, explainability, bias)
- Ability to influence executive-level strategic decision-making and translate technology insights into business strategies
