Job Summary
Ensure controls are properly designed and implemented to comply with local regulatory requirements across payment systems like SPEI and SPID. Gather evidence for internal and external audits while leading projects to implement controls that mitigate system vulnerabilities. Manage a small team to secure local infrastructure and advise stakeholders on best practices for launching compliant products. Achieve best-in-class implementations and required certifications such as PCI and ISO standards. This role supports Getnet Platforms' global payment ecosystem within Santander, enabling financial institutions to scale capabilities across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
Required Qualifications
- English is the common language of the team (advanced level required due to cross-border interactions)
- +10 years of experience in technical roles or as a Technology Manager
- +5 years of experience in payments-related technical roles
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Strong experience with physical infrastructure and cloud environments
- Excellent knowledge of payments regulations, including PCI and ISO standards
- Proven experience with SPEI or SPID certification processes, including evidence gathering and control implementation
- Strong understanding of Information Security controls related to infrastructure and payments architectures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in highly regulated financial environments
- Exposure to global payment ecosystems or multi-country compliance
- Experience working with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Certifications in Information Security, Risk, or Compliance
