Job Summary
Conduct RTP training for new ARTPC employees and perform engineering analysis including CTI identification, CPI assessments, and vulnerability evaluations. Develop security protection plans and collaborate with government specialists to ensure implementation at facilities housing Controlled Technical Information. Document support activities in assessment memoranda and monthly status reports while managing CIDA case management databases. Execute CPI surveys, ACT-ID methodology reviews, and CRADA reviews as required. This contract supports a federal government client mission with a Bachelor's degree and eight years of DoD engineering experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, aerospace, materials, etc.)
- Eight (8) years of engineering experience applying analytical methods, systems engineering concepts, or technology protection activities with the DoD, IC, or defense industry
- Proven ability to conduct research, perform system decomposition, and develop effective risk-mitigation strategies
- Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
- Knowledge of DoD Program Protection, Systems Engineering (SE), technology lifecycle management, and risk framework
- Technology protection practices within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or the defense industry
- Understanding of DoD acquisition processes
- Industrial security principles
- Program protections fundamentals
- Experience supporting threat identification and vulnerability assessments
- Familiarity with relevant DoD directives, including: DoDI 5000 series, DoDI 5200.39, DoDI 5200.44
