Job Summary
Technology Project Manager III oversees PMIS modernization for large educational capital programs, leading migration from legacy PMIS (Proliance) to Trimble Unity Construct (eBuilder), coordinating PMO, IT, finance, facilities, vendors, and end-users; responsible for transition planning, data migration, testing (UAT), training, post go-live support, and ongoing enhancements to improve governance, project controls, invoicing accuracy, financial reporting, and operational efficiency; requires deep knowledge of PMIS platforms, accounting workflows, and cross-functional stakeholder management; minimum 10 years of experience with PMIS implementations in public/large enterprise environments; bachelor's degree and senior-level experience expected; salary range $168,000-$172,000.
