Job Summary
Lead one or more program workstreams for a multi-year, global Identity & Access Management (IAM) program by partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate delivery, and drive execution. Manage progress, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively escalating concerns to ensure scope, schedule, and budget remain on track. Schedule and facilitate workshops, meetings, and governance routines, ensuring outcomes and action items are properly documented and tracked to completion. Co-develop project plans with oversight leaders to identify key milestones and actionable tasks, while coordinating testing, issue escalation, and stakeholder analysis to support successful project and operational delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Min 4 years' experience in Banking dealing with operations and technology change management
- Experience in Identity Access Management
- Experience in enterprise security/technology
- Direct experience in business analysis
- Direct experience in project leadership
- Direct experience in project management
- Experience leading and managing projects from start to finish
- Experience following waterfall methodologies
- Experience following agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently
