Technology Programme Manager – AI Enablement

Technology Programme Manager to lead FNZ’s AI Enablement programme, coordinating across Technology, Security, Risk, Legal, People, and business functions to move AI adoption from experimentation to day-to-day value. Responsible for defining the integrated programme roadmap across AI platform readiness, security and governance, adoption/enablement, use case delivery, rollout and change; establishing governance, RAID management, dependencies, and risk acceptance; ensuring safe-by-design adoption with data classification, information protection, access controls, and auditability. Drives rollout planning, multi-disciplinary delivery teams, and engagement with internal and external partners to deliver enablement, tooling, and adoption outcomes. Provides concise programme reporting and dashboards to senior leadership, tracks KPIs for adoption, active usage, time saved, risk events, and realised value, and removes blockers to maintain momentum while aligning to agreed outcomes. FNZ emphasizes compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and outlines a scalable approach to AI-enabled services and governance.
